I took my car in for a muffler replacement, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. The staff was friendly and really took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained the entire process to me and went through my options. I opted for a mid-range muffler that fit my budget, and they assured me it would work great. The repair was done in a timely manner, and I was really impressed with how well they kept me updated throughout the process. I did have to wait a bit longer than expected since they had a busy day, but the staff kept their spirits high and made the wait enjoyable with their friendly banter. My car sounds better than ever now! My only suggestion would be to have more seating in the waiting area since it gets crowded during peak times. Still, I am very satisfied with the quality of work and will return for my next car service for sure.

I can't say enough about the service I received at this repair shop! I had been hearing some strange noises from my car and was really worried about what it might cost to fix. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and immediately made me feel at ease. They took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly examined my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised by their honesty about what was necessary versus what could wait. They repaired my car quickly and efficiently, and the price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service. I also loved that they had a clean waiting area with a TV and free Wi-Fi, which made the short wait enjoyable. The only thing I would recommend is perhaps having a few more magazines available. Overall, I am thrilled with the outcome and I’ll definitely be returning for any future issues. Highly recommended!
